The Introductory Glossary of Ecological Law is available online

The Journal, in agreement with Editoriale Scientifica, makes available to readers in open access the volume by M. MONTEDURO, Glossario introduttivo di diritto dell’ecologia. Definizioni giuridiche di nozioni ecologiche (ES, 2026).
The Glossary organically collects, for the first time, a variety of legal definitions of ecological concepts (over 500, relating to 33 main terms), selecting and extracting them from positive law, with an analysis of their various aspects.
