In addition to publishing its Regular Issues every four months, the Journal has begun publishing Special Issues at varying intervals, with a separate sequential numbering system from that of the regular ones.
The first Special Issue (S1/2025), edited by Prof. Chiara Feliziani, collects several papers on the topic of environmental vulnerability.
The second Special Issue (S1/2026), edited by Profs. Stefano Grassi and Pierdomenico Logroscino, collects the Proceedings of the 15th Italian-Spanish-Brazilian Conference on Constitutional Law, “Environment and Sustainability”, held in Savelletri on 27 and 28 September 2024.
All Special Issues are downloadable in open access in the dedicated “Special Issues” section on the Journal’s website.
The Board of Editors invites the academic community to submit proposals for special issues to the Journal, with particular regard to volumes presenting the outcomes of research projects, seminars or conferences, at both national and international level.
